2016 Charleston Fast Pitch Competition Award Winner!

Kate Ross Charleston Confererence 2016 Fast Pitch
Congratulations to Kate Ross and Kourtney Blackburn of St. John Fisher College for winning the Charleston Fast Pitch Competition! This Competition was open to all who were in the process of developing new, innovative, and implementable ideas to improve their academic libraries or related organizations. The intent of the competition is to showcase innovation in library information management and to award the most deserving examples of innovation.

Kate and Kourtney won this award for their work with IDS Project on developing the Coordinated Collection Development API. This tool connects different systems together through a hosted web interface, which provides the data required for multiple library departments to use in order to begin to achieve coordinated collection development.
