IDS Project Annual Conference for 2018

The IDS Project's 14th Annual Summer Conference is Thursday, July 26th and Friday, July 27th at the Utica College in Utica, NY.

This year's conference is packed with information and training regarding exciting new technologies and strategies for information access, resource sharing and acquisitions/collection development. Session tracks include ILL/DD, Technology, and Collection Development. You can choose to follow an entire track or choose individual sessions from across each track. All library professionals are encouraged to attend regardless of affiliation with IDS Project.

The IDS Project Conference Planning Committee is seeking proposals for conference presentations and posters focusing on:
  • Resource Sharing Best Practices
  • Shared Staffing and Training
  • Electronic Resources and Resource Sharing
  • Workflow Improvements
  • Cooperative Collection Development
  • Shared Print Collections
  • Resource Sharing in Next Gen Systems (Alma, Tipasa, etc.)
  • Consortial Purchasing
  • Purchase on Demand
  • Addon Development
  • API Development/Use
Presenters do not have to be IDS Project Members.
Session Presenters will have their Conference registration fee waived.
Please submit a 200-300 word proposal for your presentation or poster using the Proposal Form
