Registrations for the IDS Conference

Conference Registration - is required for all attendees

Registration Cost - $200.00 

The IDS Project Annual Summer Conference, “From Our Shelves to Yours: The Home of Resource Sharing,” will take place on Thursday, July 31 -  Friday, August 1, 2025, at SUNY Geneseo Milne Library in Geneseo, NY.

the Strong Registration - Registration is required if you plan to attend dinner at the Strong Museum.

Enjoy dinner and visit these selected exhibits: Toy Hall of Fame, Infinity Arcade, and Dancing Wings Butterfly, while connecting with fellow attendees! Don’t miss this chance to unwind and play.

Townhouse Registration - Registration is required for on-campus housing at SUNY Geneseo.

• SUNY Geneseo will supply all linens except for pillows. You are required to supply your own pillow.

• Each air-conditioned townhouse has four or five single bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, and dishwasher. 

• The living rooms are furnished with a couch, two chairs, and coffee and end tables. A dining room table and chairs are also provided.

• The townhouse bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second and third floors, accessible only by stairs. Four accessible townhouses are available.
