How many registartion forms do I need to fill out? There are three individual registrations for the IDS 2025 Conference.
Conference Registartion - is required for all attendees
the Strong Registration - Registration is required if you plan to attend dinner at the Strong Museum.
Townhouse Registration - Registration is required for on-campus housing at SUNY Geneseo.
What is included in the SUNY Geneseo Townhouses?
SUNY Geneseo will be supplying all linens except pillows. You are required to supply your pillow.
Each air-conditioned townhouse has four or five single bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, and dishwasher.
The living rooms are furnished with a couch, two chairs, and coffee and end tables. A dining room table and chairs are also provided.
The townhouse bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second and third floors, accessible only by stairs. Four accessible townhouses are available.

You will receive an email with a link to a required form to finalize your housing preferences. Failure to complete and submit the form could result in the cancellation of your Townhouse registration.
Does SUNY Geneseo accommodate food allergies such as Gluten Free and Kosher?
SUNY Geneseo's signage is already labeled vegan (VG), vegetarian (VT), gluten-friendly (GF), and dairy-free (DF). They use the term friendly as they are not certified gluten-free facilities, in addition to Halal-friendly and Kosher-friendly. Genseso has a no-nut policy in place in all of its facilities. Some items are labeled with an N (May contain Nuts). For this symbol, the item itself doesn't contain nuts but is processed in a facility that does, and the possibility of cross-contact. Yes, the Strong Museum of Play will label their food as Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Contains Nuts, Sesame, and Sustainable Seafood.
What meals will be included in the conference registration?
Thursday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Friday: Breakfast and Box Lunch
Is there a presenter discount for the conference?
Yes, there is a discount for the first and second presenters.
