CrossLINK by IDS Project - Update

CrossLink has moved into the testing phase of the ISO18626 broker. We are currently using a MockILL application that IndexData built for sending and receiving standard ISO18626 requests. In the next few weeks, we will be moving on to testing Alma to Alma requests. Soon after, we will be testing ReShare to ReShare, ILLiad to ILLiad, and Rapido to Rapido. The final testing will involve sending requests to all the different systems.
We currently have a draft version of the CrossLink discovery layer up and running. We plan to add several of the IDS Search functions that people love, including options for local to full consortial discovery, availability lookup, and sending requests to your ILL Management System of choice.

The IDS Project has made the difficult decision to move our in-person conference to a fully virtual event due to unexpected issues at SUNY Geneseo.

While we're disappointed not to gather in person this year, we remain committed to offering the same high-quality programming, professional development, and opportunities for connection that make the IDS Project Conference so valuable.

The conference will take place on the originally scheduled dates, July 30-August 1, 2025.

Updated session descriptions, a revised schedule, and registration details will be available soon; stay tuned!
